Enjoy branded cakes and desserts in the cafe under the sky of St. Petersburg in the atrium of the hotel. The chef, Denis Sobolev, offers dishes of Russian and European cuisine, and among the new items on the menu are octopus with smoked potatoe confit, salad with baked Gruyere cheese and spaghetti with vongole consomme. There are cakes, fruit marmalade and handmade chocolates in the vitrine.
